What Home & Away Home Watch Does For You
We know how difficult it is to leave your home and not really know what’s going on – especially in Maine where harsh winters keep us pretty isolated, and storms sometimes strike with little warning.
Our service includes a detailed visual inspection of obvious issues and may include the following:
- Exterior condition: Roofs, windows, gutters, outdoor plumbing, siding, landscaping, decks/sheds/other structures
- Interior issues: Visible water leaks, faucets, set/adjust thermostats, set lights and timers, remove trash
- Utilities: Electric, water/pipes, heat, internet/security cameras, generators
- Security concerns: Signs of break-ins, unwanted visitors and squatters, security of windows and doors
- Storm damage: Leaks, windows, other building conditions
- Mail: Collect mail and forward
Home Watch is defined as: “A visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.”
