A Property Management Alternative

Home & Away Home Watch was created because owners, Brad & De Keimach, had difficulty in finding someone to provide home watch services for their vacation home in western Maine.  They lived 2.5 hours away, and with every blizzard and every summer rainstorm they were not at their house, they had no idea what was going on and no one with the right training to check for them.  Cameras and a security system are of no use when your internet and/or cell service is down. 

Brad was a successful business owner for 36 years when he made the decision to move full-time to Maine and launch Home & Away Home Watch.  He knows two of the most important elements to making a business work are discipline and satisfied customers.  Working with customers to understand what they want and exceed their expectations was the hallmark of his career.  This is the mission of Home & Away Home Watch.

Whether you’re a full-timer who travels, a rental owner, a realtor with vacant properties, have a condo or a camp – and unlike property management companies, Brad will work with you to learn what your home watch needs are, then exceed them.

Brad is accredited by the National Home Watch Association, is bonded & insured, and has completed the National Home Watch Boot Camp training program.

Brad and his wife De are settled in Bridgton and love the lakes region!
